About Samarthya Foundation
Samarthya Foundation for Special Education is a public charitable trust dedicated to the education, rehabilitation, empowerment and inclusion of children and persons with disabilities (Divyangjan).
Our mission is to create meaningful opportunities through special education, therapy and rehabilitation, skill development, and professional training. We envision an inclusive society where every person with a disability has access to quality support, dignity, independence and equal opportunities to reach their full potential.
Our Services
Special Education & Teacher Training:
To promote inclusive and special education through structured learning, teacher training and capacity-building initiatives. We aim to develop skilled educators and professionals to support children and persons with disabilities. Proposed Special Education programmes will be introduced subject to approval and recognition by the competent authorities.
Therapy & Rehabilitation:
To provide comprehensive rehabilitation support through Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, psychological support and other therapeutic interventions for children and persons with disabilities, including Autism, Cerebral Palsy and Multiple Disabilities.
Skill Development & Empowerment:
To empower youth, women and persons with disabilities through vocational training, computer education, life skills and livelihood-oriented programmes, helping them develop confidence, independence and opportunities for self-reliance.
